I have been training with Josh for almost 6 months now…I feel like Josh knows who I am and what I am looking for and responds to that in training. Training with Josh 3 days a week has held me accountable and pushed me to work out more on my own as well. The muscle I’ve built has also made cardio significantly easier.
Josh is a genuinely nice and friendly person while also being a smart trainer. If you show up and work hard, you will be pleased.
