1) Pain is just a signal that something’s wrong! If you can fix the thing that’s wrong, you’ve got a pretty darn good chance that the pain will go away.
2) Change can be slow, but it doesn’t mean it’s not happening! If you find yourself losing motivation to continue addressing your pain, take a step back and look at where you are. What progress have you made toward beating your pain and taking control of your life again? Is your pain the same as it’s always been? Does it last as long? Does it come as frequently? Focus on the improvements you’re seeing and take them for what they’re worth (hint: they’re as valuable as GOLD!).
3) Know that you’ve got support! If you have questions, observations, or frustrations, I’m always an email or phone call away!

STORIES OF SUCCESS
“I must say that the hip exercises have made a very big difference, specifically in my walking; I do not feel the bursitis in my hip. My bursitis feels so much better! I took a Bikram Yoga class yesterday and was able to do a lot more than I thought I could do. What a big difference with the exercises you gave me. My hat is off to you!!! I would highly recommend your services to anyone! It’s worth the “$$”.”
