Posture and Flexibility
After having posture problems for much of my life and after starting to have knee pain at the age of 25, I knew there had to be a link between my contorted way of standing/walking to my knee pain. After completing my sessions with Matt, my knee pain is completely 100% gone. My feet are no longer sticking out at weird angles and my posture is much more aesthetic. Even after doing just a few sessions with Matt, a very critical friend of mine who used to always criticize my posture, said “what have you been doing with your posture? You look so much better!” I had not even told him I started posture alignment work…It’s great to know I now have the tools necessary to have a strong sturdy figure for the rest of my life and highly reduce any chances of pain I may encounter due to aging. Whether you’re seeking to improve your look with a better posture or whether you have some kind of pain, I would certainly recommend talking to Matt. Let your new life begin: strong, sturdy, solid.

Then I found Matt Hsu…It has been only a week and I feel my body transforming again in the way it did when I first started Rolfing. I find myself standing more upright without even trying. My breathing is naturally deeper/smoother and when I walk I notice my steps are more balanced and sturdy. And to my surprise my biking has become so much easier!! That part is mind blowing to me. How can simple exercises improve my strength and performance with biking when the exercises are not difficult or taxing on their own? What happened to no pain no gain? HA. I’m not disappointed; merely finding my belief system is being changed along with my body.
