Get fit, hockey playersAs an avid hockey player since the age of 12, I know how great it feels to shoot with laser-accuracy, make clean passes, and out-skate the opposition.  I also know how frustrating it is when nothing you do improves your ability to do any of the above.

The trick is understanding the involved anatomy, understanding your individual anatomy, and then building in better functions so that you get the most out of your body when the puck hits the ice or sport court.  If injuries have been keeping your game down, or you just can’t seem to take a proper slapshot, it’s time to give your body a little extra coaching so you’re more resilient and better prepared for your next game.
