You have places to be, things to do, people to see, and that shoulder you slept on funny is going to ruin your week. Or it’s been ruining the last three weeks.
For those kinks, knots, and tweaks that need some quick and strategic work, a 30-minute myofascial release session is the way to go.
Myofascial release sessions are geared towards sore and stiff shoulders or shoulder blades, cramping in the calves, and tightness in the chest or glutes. For some causes of back pain, they can also be good, but it depends on what’s actually causing the back pain.
Myofascial release is a technique that releases tightness in the connective tissues that wrap around the bodies of and influence the movement of muscles throughout your body. By addressing this layer of soft tissue, you can restore range of motion and help your body recover quicker from the aches and pains of sleeping funny or training hard.
Cost: $85 per session ($20 extra for Saturday appointments). Payment by cash, check, or credit card accepted (all major cards accepted).

45 minutes allows 10-15 minutes for discussion of issues before the session and results after the session.
