Your knee has been hurting off and on for years. You’ve never been able to stand up straight. You don’t know what you can do to control — or, better yet, prevent — your neck from getting stiff and tight. You’ve got a pain or posture issue that doesn’t care what you think. It hangs around and does what it wants.
You’ll meet with one of our therapists to help you get a better understanding of your situation. You’ll get a full posture and pain assessment with recommendations for what will help you move forward. You’ll find out whether the soft-tissue manipulation of Rolfing and the unique, state of the art exercises of Posture Alignment Therapy might help your situation. At the end of your exam, you’ll know what your options are and what steps you can take to get your body ready for the life you’re waiting to live.
…my hip pain is almost zero now. I am running, biking, and swimming. I have been able to do a 50 minute run with hill repeats, an hour long bike ride with sprints, and short pool sprints without any problems.

STORIES OF SUCCESS
“I’d like you to know that the new “windmills” exercise that you recently shared with me has made a dramatic impact on my health condition. I’ve been practicing the pose for a few minutes per day and it has really helped me to maintain better posture and to keep my chronic shoulder impingement at bay.
I have noticed immediate and dramatic improvements in my ability to work at my computer and also to surf with a higher degree of endurance. I have also been able to cut down significantly on previously time-consuming “self-treatment” of my various back and neck knots. Thank you very much for your advice — it has made a profound impact on my lifestyle and I am extremely satisfied with the results of our two sessions.”
