This nurse was suffering with stabbing hip pain that was ruining her sleep and slowing her down. She was walking with a cane and was unable to sleep on her back. After a consultative visit and one session of Rolfing, this nurse’s reliance on a walking cane was completely eliminated. She was also able to return to sleeping normally on her back without props to relieve the stabbing hip pain she was experiencing.
Client with a herniated disc at L5 with pain and aching in low back, sciatica symptoms, fatigue and stiffness in the hips, and aching in the lower legs. Significant relief from sciatica in one week. After one and a half weeks of Posture Alignment Therapy exercises, almost completely eliminated lower right back and glute pain and normalized the compensatory limp. Note how much lower the right shoulder is in November of 2010 and how it has leveled out by February of 2011.

Client reporting burning nerve pain in left thigh that had not responded to lumbar fusion or full hip replacement surgeries. After only 3 weeks, client’s reliance on cane for walking was completely eliminated and pain in thigh down to only slight intermittent bouts.
